Programme Overview

Throughout the immersive journey of the Penn Entrepreneurship Academy, students embark on a journey focused on four key goals: developing business acumen, fostering entrepreneurship, honing leadership, and exploring potential career paths.

  • Business Acumen: Students will learn the fundamental academic disciplines of management. Modules will cover essential areas such as Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Strategy & Execution.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Students will cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, delving into topics including design thinking, business models, and pitch decks.
  • Leadership: Students will delve into the "people" side of management, covering areas such as Organizational culture, Effective leadership, Leadership assessment, and Strategic Congruence models.
  • Career Readiness and Exploration: Students will embark on a guided self-reflection journey to explore and articulate their career interests, fostering college and career readiness.

What Essential Business Skills Will You Learn:

  • Introduction to finance: Gain knowledge of budgeting, managing resources, and making informed financial decisions.
  • Leadership and talent management: Learn how to lead effectively, collaborate with peers, and inspire teams to achieve common goals.
  • Marketing and communications: Understand how to create impactful marketing strategies, connect with audiences, and deliver compelling presentations. 
  • Entrepreneurship and operations: Learn to identify opportunities, design business models, and efficiently manage operations to bring ideas to life.

What Essential Business Skills Will You Learn:

  • Elevate your college application journey by engaging with university of Penn instructors and mentors. 
  • Upon completion, students will receive a Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania.
  • No technical prerequisites required; only a desire to learn, explore, create, and innovate.
  • A risk-free college-like environment for students to apply new knowledge and skills in a collaborative and enjoyable setting.

 

Guided Learning Experience:

Students will work in teams, guided by dedicated Penn mentors and instructors, including experts from Penn GSE Catalyst and invited practitioners. Our goal is to nurture confidence in students' potential as innovators and introduce them to the exciting worlds of management and entrepreneurship.

Total Day programme only: €3,300 (no boarding option available).

In-Person Week at St. Louis School (Palazzo Archinto site), Milan: October 27-31, 2026
